Services
What Do We Do?
Autism Community Care provides an integrated, fully supported range of services to help families living with autism get the most from NDIS.
We assist with planning and management while providing group and individual practical support that allows people living with autism to develop independence and personal and social skills to help them reach their fullest potential.
With a strong focus on social cohesion, our services extend to carers and support workers too. We facilitate support groups, professional development and hold regular events such as morning teas.

Supported Independent living
If you’re an adult or young person with autism, Supported Independent Living (SIL) is a proven way to live a life as unaffected by the disability as possible. Supported Independent Living can help those living with autism develop skills, build independence, connect with the community and create the life they’re capable of.
Who is Supporter Independent Living suitable for?
- An adult with a disability who wants more independence
- A young person moving out of home for the first time
- Anyone living with a disability who wants to find their own home
Whether you want to live in a group or by yourself, we work closely with you and trusted accommodation providers to find the most suitable home for your requirements. We provide 24/7 support for those with Supported Independent Living included in their NDIS plan.
Support Workers
Autism Community Care provides access to a wide range of support workers of varying ages and experience levels.
We understand that every person living with a disability has different needs and faces unique challenges. Our network of support workers meets individual preferences to provide practical support delivered by a team of highly skilled male and female workers.
We carefully select our support workers and only employ those passionate and dedicated to enriching the lives of those with a disability.
Mentors
Living with a disability involves overcoming a range of physical and emotional hurdles every day. Rather than letting challenges deter those who live with autism, our mentor team provides practical and social support to guide those with the disability in decision making to help them overcome daily challenges and live life to its fullest potential.
